2. Service Description

MerchVault provides:

• Verifiably fair blind box opening service for music merchandise
• Transparent randomization using cryptographic proofs
• Digital marketplace for trading obtained items
• DIY box creation tools

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must connect a valid wallet to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• One account per person is allowed
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service

4. Payments and Stubs

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Stubs are our internal currency (100 stubs = $1 USD)
• All purchases are final unless otherwise specified
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues
• Unused stubs do not expire but are non-transferable

5. Verifiable Fairness

• Every box opening uses our verifiably fair system
• You can verify the fairness of any result using our tools
• Server seeds are pre-committed and revealed after opening
• Client seeds can be chosen by you or generated randomly
• The fairness verification tool source code is publicly available

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit our fairness system
• Create multiple accounts or use bots
• Harass other users or staff
• Share account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to hack our systems

7. Physical Merchandise

• Physical items will be shipped to your provided address
• Shipping costs and times vary by location
• You are responsible for customs fees and import duties
• Items may be subject to availability
• Out-of-stock items will be replaced with stub vouchers

8. Intellectual Property

• MerchVault owns all rights to our platform and technology
• Merchandise contains licensed artwork and trademarks
• You may not reproduce or sell our digital content
• User-generated content remains yours but grants us usage rights

9. Limitation of Liability

MerchVault is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Third-party actions or content

10. Termination

• You may close your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
• Upon termination, your access to the service will end
• Unused stubs may be refunded at our discretion

11. Dispute Resolution

• We encourage resolving disputes through customer support first
